Below I have included various topics of interest that I have been
researching in my spare time. Some of these are finished and some I am
currently researching. Feel free to send me any info you may have, I can
be reached at lee.wallace@virgin.net, some of this material is out-dated
because I have not had much time to up-date it recently.
Medical Laser Pac
------------------------
I came across this device while reading a book by Richard Sauder
entitled ëUNDER GROUND Bases and Tunnels - What is the government trying
to hide?', you might have read this, if not it is available through the
Area-51 Research Center.
A highly-trained team from the military equipped with these pacs and
the suspicious black helicopters from Groom Lake, would probably be very
capable of cattle mutilations like the very cases currently happening
throughout the farm lands of America. This is also portrayed in the book
mentioned, I am not pointing any fingers just read on :-
The Medical Laser Pac acts like a scalpel, coagulates bleeding, and
closes wounds. It was developed under the Phased Integrated Laser
Optics Technology program by the Phillips Laboratory (Kirtland AFB, New
Mexico) and the Armstrong Laboratory (Brooks AFB, Texas). The most
recent version is the Medical Laser Pen, it weighs 14 ounces and
produces 5 watts of power and has the same capabilities as the Medical
Laser Pac.
The above information was obtained from the Phillips Laboratory at
Kirtland AFB.

Thought Control
--------------------
A few years ago I read an article regarding MAN--MADE--UFO's entitled
'AT THE SPEED OF THOUGHT ' , which was all about a project under-way at
the time the book was published. The aim of this project was to research
methods of using thought to control aircraft, this was done by hooking
the pilots brain directly into the computer system onboard the aircraft,
the pilot would only have to think, and the aircraft would perform. The
project was conducted by the then Defense Advanced Research Projects
Agency (D.A.R.P.A. - now called A.R.P.A.), the first computer designed
for thought control had already been installed in a Phantom for testing
when the book went to print. You can only start to imagine what the
aircraft are like that were built last year and were the technology came
from if this system worked in the end. In case you wondered this book is
entitled "STRANGE STORIES / AMAZING FACTS" and below this title it said
'Stories that are bizarre, unusual, odd, astonishing, incredible.....but
true'.It was published in 1975 by READERS DIGEST.
The publishers of the book said, because it was printed 21 years ago
they no longer had any information regarding this article, but I found
some info on thought control for PCS etc. This method incorporated a
small finger glove which could pick up 70 different signals. This
software will be available very soon, and as it turns out, even more
people have been researching thought control for medical use.
In the mid-1970's DARPA asked 5 major aerospace contractors to consider
the concept of STEALTH TECHNOLOGY.{It was around this time the project
was under-way for the thought control system.}
In late 1975 LOCKHEED were developing a new computer program called ECHO
1
Some research into Phantom Aircraft:-
The first Phantom ever was flown in 27 May 1958 ----F4H-1 PHANTOM.
The second set of Phantom's were introduced in 1962---F-4B PHANTOM.
Then there was the F-4C's and the F-4D's , then the first F-E was flown
on 30 June 1967.#
{The F-4E would probably have been the type used in the experimenting of
the thought controlled computer system.}
This PHANTOM also carried the Northrop Target Identification System
Electro--Optical(T.I.S.E.O) to aid positive identification of targets.
{I couldn't seem to find any information saying anything along the lines
of---2 F--4E PHANTOM aircraft were used at an airbase e.g. GROOM DRY
LAKE , for testing upgraded control systems for the aircraft. The
closest I got was a piece of information on a project called 'SURE'
which was to develop navigation systems for simpler flight on and of
Carrier's, and also radar systems.}
I have noticed Groom Dry Lake mentioned a lot of times in Aircraft
magazines, sometimes called a est facility etc., so it would not be
surprising to find information about PHANTOM'S being stored there. I
haven't had much time to research this article.
Below I have quickly put together the above and some other info to give
people an idea of what kind of technology was probably tested at Groom
Lake in the period 75-85 {presently, of which 4 of these years there is
no unclassified record of testing at Groom Lake - check my base history
for more info on this}.
The thought control project was well under way by the mid 1970's, so it
would have been complete by the time the stealth program was being
processed ( 76 -77 ). The view seemed to be, if they could control an
aircraft by thought, then the next step was to build an invisible
aircraft i.e. Stealth. The stealth project was more or less complete by
'85 ( Lockheed had the F-117 and Northrop had the TACIT BLUE aircraft).
By the mid 80's D.A.R.P.A. were researching laser weapons under the
programs Skylight and Triad. By late 1985, F-15's were equipped with the
ASAT missile (Anti-Satellite), able to shoot down satellite's while they
were in orbit around Earth. So the outcome to all of these projects
would be a thought controlled nearly invisible aircraft able to shoot
down satellites and probably equipped with lasers. Sounds like an
aircraft straight out of Star Wars or Dreamland.
--------------------------------------------------
I also have some more interesting info which might interest you.
The March/April edition of UFO Magazine contained pictures of Lockheed's
Helendale facility. These pictures clearly showed a prototype model of a
unusually shaped craft (possibly disc shaped).
The Helendale facility is used to test the Radar Cross Section (RCS) of
an aircraft just as shown in the pictures. There would be a scale model
built. This model would be placed on the top of one of the 3 pilons (
these are 1,400 ft , 5,000 ft and 7,500 ft from the radar emitters ) ,
these pilons are retractable which means the surface can also be used as
a runway. If a program is a Special Access Required (SAR) program i.e.
Senior Trend (F-117) then the RCS tests usually take place at night,
this prevents spy satellites and people with insufficient clearance
seeing the craft/model. Once tests are complete the craft would be
constructed at one of the nearby Lockheed facilities ( Plant 10, Site 2,
Site 7 ) at Plant 42, Palmdale. If the project is not under the SAR
umbrella then the testing would also take place at
Plant 42. Groom lake is the testing ground for all SAR Programs,
Lockheed especially.
Here is a brief insight into Plant 42 -
Site 2 - Is said to be the U-2 depot and flight test facility.
Site 7 - Comprises of Runway 4-22, which is 12,00 ft long, and the
flight and test facility for the F- 117A and probably the F-117X ( the
navy version of the Stealth Fighter ).
Plant 10 - Is home to the infamous Skunk Works headquarters and
engineering offices.
Site 6 - E,G&G have a small hanger here just off runway 4-22.
Site 8 - Was the final assembly plant for the Northrop B-2 Stealth
Bomber. It is run by Northrop and Pacifica Services.
Also nearby is the Northrop Tejon Ranch (RCS) facility. The General
Atomics El Mirage Flight Test Facility. Also nearby are Edwards AFB and
the China Lake Naval Air Weapons Center, home of Sea Site 1 ( where the
Shadow is said to have operated from ).

Stealth
-----------
While conducting my research I found some info. which might give a
better insight into the projects under way at Area-51.
It seems stealth technology is not as big a jump as it seems, Radar
Absorbent Material (RAM) has been under development for years all over
the world. The Germans developed a rubberized RAM in the 1940's and were
testing a plane by 1944 incorporating this type. In the 1950's interest
in RCS and RAM began to resurface from the Soviet Union. It just so
happens all these years later, Lockheed Skunk Works seem to have been
the most successful with its development to the stage we see it today.
The F-117 was built in 1981, the TACIT BLUE was built by Northrop in
1978, the B-2 was built by Northrop in 1988. The B-2 is undoubtedly far
superior in technology compared to the F-117A.
Many old designs by Lockheed, Northrop and General Dynamics are very
similar to projects said to be under way. Lockheed's Gusto 2 design is
very similar to the HALO design by British Aerospace. The Lockheed
Q-Star was said by Jane's Defense Weekly to be linked very closely to
the supposed Aurora craft. The designs of the Arrow 1 and the A-6 also
by Lockheed are very similar to the craft nick-named the ' Aurora '. The
Kingfisher by General Dynamics is also very similar to this craft. While
designing the B-2 spirit, Northrop had a design called the Manta, a name
also given to an aircraft said to have given the F-117A air support in
the Gulf War. In the early 80's funding for the B-2 Spirit were under
the name ' Aurora '. So what are the real names of the aircraft
nick-named Black Manta and Aurora, will we ever find out. It seems the
TACIT BLUE, F-117A and the B-2 Spirit were only unveiled to take preying
eyes away from other more advanced ' black projects '. While reading a
World Air Power Journal Book on the F-117A, it mentioned that only one
other Stealth aircraft was built during the development of the B-2 and
F-117A programs, this was an unmanned Stealth aircraft that crashed not
long into the program. The TACIT BLUE aircraft was built by Northrop
during the B-2 program but to the best of my knowledge it was a manned
aircraft. So it seems there were 5 aircraft built during the late 70's -
80's Stealth program :-
Northrop's :- TACIT BLUE , B-2 Spirit
Lockheed's :- HAVE BLUE , F-117A Nighthawk
So who built the remaining Stealth, did the Kingfisher make much further
progress than has been mentioned, or was it built by one of the
companies above, or is there another Stealth Manufacturer that is yet to
be unveiled to the public. ( I am currently research this.)
A new intelligence entity was listed in the Funding for Fiscal Year
1995. Named the Defense Airborne Reconnaissance Office (DARO) it will
manage the nation's airplane reconnaissance assets, leaving satellite
reconnaissance to the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and the new
Central Imagery Office (CIO). I have listed details on the funding below
:-
P-1
line Description / Cost / Notes
_________________________________________________________________________
55 "Defense Airborne Reconnaissance Program Aircraft Modifications"
/ $68.7 million
(originally funded for only $3.7 million)
108 0305154D "Defense Airborne Reconnaissance Program" / $529.2
million/
(originally funded for $501.6 million)
109 0305154G "Defense Airborne Reconnaissance Program" /
[classified cost] /
There are some parts of DARO that are unclassified - for example, the
Congress wants to give DARO $13.6 million for infrared sensors for the
RC-135 COBRA BALL aircraft, that DoD didn't request.
This intelligence entity would be the very one to oversee a program
such as the new aircraft nick-named the 'Aurora', but since this
aircraft seems to be very well established in the Reconnaissance
community of the USAF, then the above funding of $529.2 million +
Classified Cost would mean this craft is now out of date by recent
technology standards. Maybe the craft sighted at Helendale is the new
Reconnaissance aircraft of the late 90's. The aircraft modifications
funded for $68.7 million could be the upgrading of the SR-71, but this
is highly unlikely, since these craft are probably still owned by the
USAF.
----------------------------------------------
NASA have now unveiled an FT prototype named Waverider. Some info. I
have on the Waverider Project [which I have still to finish reading]
says that this project has been going on for years and incorporates very
advance propulsion systems and other very advance flight systems. The
full size jet is thought to be already built.
