Re: Use of Deadly Force

You are trying to equate civilian law to military law.  I was in the
U.S.M.C. and I will tell you that the two have very little in common.
That sign indicating use of deadly force authorized is on a *military*
border on a base that is highly classified.  The warning is frequently
used when matters of national security are at issue (i.e., they do not
want anyone to know or see what is going on).  Violate the border and you
will see military personnel with fully automatic weapons who will gladly
turn you into a swiss cheese if you breathe funny.  Once you cross the
boundary, you are under military jurisdiction, *not* Nevada law.  They
can shoot you, no one will argue with them.  Snoop around if you want to,
(I have) but be aware of your exact position at all times.  If you see
the "cammo dudes" and you value your life, don't argue. Just do exactly
what they tell you to do.
