I doubt this fellow has much access to anything. I am just an old Field Artilleryman, but did have the following duties- additional duties at one time or another of: Security Manager, Top Secret Control Officer, Classified Document Custodian, and COMSEC (Communication Security) Custodian. Your "intelligence agent" does not understand basic security terms. CRYPTO refer to COMSEC material that is code or key material that allows communications to be passed in a secure mode. The correct term is ATOMAL not NATO ATOMIC. ATOMAL refers to nuclear data held by NATO. The term, in reference to personnel security clearances, is a sufix to a clearance that indicate that the individual concerned has the required security investigations and has been properly briefed. The term ATOMAL is indeed used in access documents. Someone may have a TOP SECRET clearance, but the local authority (commander, director, etc.) may only authorize access to SECRET information within the command. A commonly used shorthand in Europe is "CTSA" in the access column of Security Clearance Rosters which means COSMIC TOP SECRET ATOMAL. CTSA means the individual has access to NATO TOP SECRET (ie COSMIC), US TOP SECRET, and NATO nuclear data (ie ATOMAL). While your "intelligence agent" has some basic, though twisted understanding of the security program, I am not convinced that he is some great exalted position where he can make the claims that he does. However, I am also skeptical of high level UFO knowledge of the definitive kind. Best regards, Jan Aldrich
