UFO Landing Zones in Central Arizona

The primary landing zone or location in which UFOS are seen close to the
ground is the Estrella Mountains, other suspected locations include
Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.
Another spot seems to be emerging from the preliminary ground search.
While a 5 man team searched over 3 miles of desert over the exact
location where previous UFO videotapes had been taken. We found no
indication of flares, or other illimunating devices.
I decided to ask one of the residents in the area to see if they had any
knowledge of military excercises taking place behind their property. The
person I interviewed was surprised "another" person was asking about
these lights. He had seen a triangle of white-yellowish lights behind
his property a few months back. Got out his binoculars and seen them.
Reported not seeing any structure between the lights. Stated that they
flew over a large hill and a flash of light exploded and they were gone.
Also claimed to be a vietnam veteran in the special forces and knew what
flares looked like., After I asked him if he thought flares could
account for what he saw. He got upset I even brought that up. I had to
ask. Just to see the response, it usually would be the case.
He called the FBI to report what he saw behind his house. 5 days later
two FBI agents came out and after a few minutes they asked about any
strange things he saw.
This man said he was first alerted to these lights a week before he saw
them because his neighbor mentioned seeing something strange very late
at night.
We plan to stake this area out in future Skywatch missions.
After hearing what this man had to say. I told him the reason I and the
Skywatch team were patroling the desert behind his house was because of
a series of videotapes taken by a retired Law Enforcement Officier of
strange lights behind his backyard.
2 different sites where the orange objects, and Hockey pucks are seen
patroling atleast monthly very low to the ground.
Most of these reports are filed by the local MUFON as a "one lump
location". Its too close (45 miles) to a military training area, its
risky, they say its flares just to be safe. So far no evidence suggests
this is the case.
These reports and videotapes are taking place over areas that are not
even close to the military training area. In fact the sightings are just
9 miles south of Phoenix.
If MUFONs thinking flares are to blame, show the evidence or stake out
the areas it always occurs in, (if they know that) and take video like
we do.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to proceed? NightVision, or
Infrared? Rangefinder? Who in the Skywatch group can get this kind of
equipment? We need it down here. You'll get some miles worth on the
