                Important Extraterrestrial-Related Special Event

                        Star Nations Teaching Circle
                Friday night-Sunday afternoon, Oct. 31- Nov. 2
                        Sacramento area, California, USA

Traditional Lakota medicine man Looks-For-Buffalo/Floyd Hand of the
Pine Ridge Sioux Reservation, in response to direction from Spirit, is
convening a Gathering of Avatars (carriers of a Star Altar) and Medicine Men on
the Red Road, as well as a couple of non-Native specialists on the
extraterrestrial Visitors.
This handful of teachers and medicine men will assemble for a weekend
of ceremony and teaching about the Star People (extraterrestrials). Elder Floyd
Hand also will do a special ceremony to "open a door for the Star People to
come" and enter the Teaching Circle. And he will conduct individual healings by
private arrangement during this special weekend.
Responding to his invitation to participate are Native American
teachers Standing Elk (Dakota-Lakota), Galen Drapeau (Dakota) and Steve Red
Buffalo (Lakota); as well as Dr. Steven Greer (Cherokee-Metis), Ms. Iglele
Huminilowycz of Toronto, and Dr. Richard Boylan.
The Teaching Circle will be held at a large meeting room in a park-like
setting at the southern edge of Sacramento, California. Depending on the
weather, some events may be held outside on the lawn. This event is intended to
be a small gathering of sincere people interested in learning more about the
Star People, and participating in preparatory ceremony for their arrival. Elder
Floyd Hand says, "Time is running out."
The Teaching Circle will begin Friday evening with a potluck dinner and
introductions. Admission to the Teaching Circle event includes continental
breakfasts and box lunches Saturday and Sunday, and a buffet dinner Saturday
night. A special rate has been arranged at a nearby motel for attendees, since
Elder Floyd Hand wishes attendees to lodge at one location to maintain group
connection. Shuttle transportation will be available between Sacramento
International Airport, the conference motel, and the Teaching Circle site.
Attendance will be limited to no more than 150 people. This is
considered by me to be the most significant extraterrestrial-related event I'm
aware of this year. I am honored to be invited, and urge all sincere learners
about the Star Visitors and Native American wisdom to come.
Registration is $175 for the weekend, which includes meals, and a gift
for the poor on the Pine Ridge Reservation. For those who can only attend one
day, the registration fee is $100.

To register contact Kay Gibson (916) 626-1152, or Mari Miller (916)
392-7807. Complete details, including exact Teaching Circle location, and a
registration packet will then be sent to you.

With acknowledgment of all my relations,
                                        Richard Boylan, Ph.D./Wakia Zitkala Nupa
