Now how could I sue something that no longer existed? Mr.Greenwood and friends
are under the misunderstanding that I had some legal or technical 'right' to
become director. The original CAUS no longer existed as a legal entity. In
actuality, only its newsletter 'Just Cause' was continued by Mr.Greenwood as
his personal platform. I simply created a new Arizona non-profit corporation
and named it in honor of the former Citizens Against UFO Secrecy. The CAUS
website you refer to pays tribute to the old warriors who had come and gone.
Your inference that I was insincere in referring to their efforts as 'heroic''
in light of the fact that none were on the present Board of Directors, is
inappropriate. I had no objection to Mr.Greenwood continuing to publish Just
Cause and I am still in contact with Mr.Bryant and Mr.Todd and rely on their
expertise. Mr. Greenwood told me that he was growing weary of the time and
effort needed to publish Just Cause and was in the process of fazing it out in
favor of his historical newsletter. I conveniently provided an excuse for him
to do it sooner while appearing to be a 'victim' of a 'hostile takeover,'
which of course is nonsense. Your need to create two pages is strange since
the new CAUS has its own website and is open to everyone. Why not just link to
it and avoid unecessary duplication? But then again, your need to continue a
past controversy and your uninformed statement that 'this seems appropriate
since the two administrations have distinctly different personalities and have
attracted a different crowd' demonstrates your lack of awareness of what
actually occurred. There was no 'prior administration' and there was no prior
organization...only a newletter. And it is interesting that you did not
contact me prior to your announcement...at least to avoid any inaccuracies.
