I have just seen Bill Jones' piece about Blue Book Report 13 and disagree
with his conclusions based on my own direct dealings with the USAF Foreign
Technlogy Division and Battelle Memorial Institute in the l961 time
frame. These were the 2 groups involved in BBSR 14. I discuss this on pages
4-6 of TOP SECRET/MAJIC. In short on my project I prepared an unclassified
final report and a very Highly classified one with my analysis as opposed
to listings of references concerning Soviet capability with regard to
building nuclear reactors for space power applications. My highly
classified report was not mentioned in the unclassified one. I certainly
think there was a highly classified BBSR 13.. I have available copies of
BBSR 14 ($20.Post paid) and the HC edition of TSM for $22. and Paper back
for $15. also postpaid from UFORI, POB 958, Houlton, ME. 04730-0958.
